i would like to apply it as a transparent basic theme on my vista home premium, because i simply hate AERO (
but, when i go to apply it, there's no trasparency.
how can i solve this problem?

PART1: Right click on explorer.exe and select properties
The go to Security Tab > Advance (or something like this) > Then go to the tab Owner >
Press the button Edit and just click to the administrators and ok until you close all windows.
No go right click on explorer.exe and select properties again
The go to Security Tab > and select edit > Now for all user check all boxes peress ok until
all windows are closed and rename the explorer.exe to explorer2.exe
Part 2: copy and paste in the new explorer.exe!!!
then restart, and ompa lompa dingydang do, ur start menu is right as ever!
